ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS

This development had to be dealt with very delicately, it was a heritage listed area in Leichhardt.

We designed the proposal with a modern, clean look that is both practical and functional. The proposal offers a unique and enjoyable experience suited to clients need, being a young family. Here b | studio was inspired by the area’s sensitive heritage architecture character and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements.

DUAL OCCPANCY

The proposal introduces a modern, yet contextually responsive building form to the street that will assist in raising the bar for quality dual occupancy design.

The architectural style, materials and colours of the proposed development all complement the essence of this attractive suburban locality.

NEW RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

As a space intended for the use of the young family, the development of a dwelling house with site coverage 320m2 setback 8 metres from the road side. In our view, it was a combination of good design and practicality.

The house was divided into two volumes consisting of a lower volume that supports a future living areas for the kids.
